RESTORE-TEK CERTIFICATIONS
All lead technicians are certified by a professional organization to deliver Restore-Tek services.
Water Restoration:
All lead technicians are certified as IICRC Water Restoration Technicians.
After they receive this certificate they are sent to Morristown TN to attend the American Drying Institute where they receive hands on training and actually flood houses and learn how to properly dry them and the contents using the latest techniques and equipment. All techs must complete yearly continuing education courses from the IICRC.
Mold Remediation:
All lead techs are sent to Kalamazoo MI to receive their Mold Remediation Tech certificate and must complete yearly continuing education courses.
Mold inspection:
Mold inspectors are certified through the IICRC and must complete yearly continuing education courses.
Fire Restoration:
All lead techs must receive a fire restoration certificate from the IICRC and complete yearly continuing education courses.
Carpet Cleaning:
All lead techs are certified by the IICRC in both Residential Carpet Cleaning,
Commercial Carpet Cleaning and Carpet Spotting.
Dave Gould joined the Restore-Tek team as a Sales Manager a year ago after a twenty plus year career managing various hospitality based properties. Dave brings a "manager's perspective" to the variety of services offered by Restore-Tek, relating to the decision makers point of view.
Anthony had been with us for over 10 years. Anthony is our operations manager and has a long list of certifications including several carpet cleaning certifications, water restoration, mold remediation and testing, fire restoration and trauma scene clean up.
Peter has been with us for 2 years and is a very hard worker. He is currently learning the restoration side of the business and has a bright future with Restore-Tek.
Preston has been with us for over 2 years and is a lead tech on commercial carpet cleaning jobs and water restoration and is certified in both.
